• Guide manufacturers through the technology landscape to improve business operations.
• Partner with senior management and solution engineering teams to translate client needs into tailored solutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, building long‑term trusted relationships at all organizational levels, including the C‑suite.
• Juggle multiple clients and initiatives while maintaining strict attention to detail.

• Solid experience in client‑success management or a similar client‑facing role.
• Excellent listening, presentation and influence skills.
• Strong consultative, solutions‑oriented mindset, with ability to align client needs with 2W’s offerings.
• Self‑driven, results‑oriented, thriving in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Understanding of AI, cloud architecture and enterprise technology.

• Experience with Epicor ERP.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Experience with networking technologies.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Modern Work.
