We’re looking for a seasoned Project Manager to take the lead on high-profile construction projects from concept to completion. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on ownership, enjoys collaborating with top-tier industry professionals, and can bring complex projects to life—on time, on budget, and at the highest quality standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, including physical build, scheduling, reporting, and financial management
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and owners to ensure smooth project execution
• Manage budgets and timelines for multi-million-dollar projects, including ground-up new construction
• Prepare and maintain project reports, documentation, and progress updates
• Ensure quality control and adherence to safety and compliance standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience with a general contractor, design-builder, or construction manager
• Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-million-dollar projects
• Proficiency with MS Office, Microsoft Project, and Viewpoint
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil or Structural Engineering, or related field
