Monthly Bonus: Up to $550

Jersey Mike’s Pewaukee is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager+ (AGM+) to run day‑to‑day operations and lead a high‑performing team while the GM & Director oversee multiple stores. This is a hands‑on leadership role for a results‑driven operator who can keep the store running at full strength — even without constant supervision.

• Lead and develop a team of 12–15 employees
• Manage daily operations, inventory, and scheduling
• Oversee all shift leaders (MODs) and ensure strong performance
• Maintain audit‑ready standards for food safety, service, and cleanliness
• Review performance reports and drive KPI improvement
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences — every shift

• 2+ years of quick‑service or restaurant leadership experience
• Strong team‑building and coaching skills
• Ability to manage labor, food cost, and customer satisfaction goals
• Working knowledge of Zenput or similar reporting systems a plus
• Food Safety Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Energy, professionalism, and the drive to grow into higher leadership
