The Bakery Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring bakery production equipment, ensuring that all products meet Legacy Bakehouse's quality and efficiency standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining smooth production, food safety compliance, and equipment reliability.

• Set up, operate, and monitor the continuous mixing and pita lines.
• Perform routine equipment inspections, identify maintenance needs, and report issues to your supervisor.
• Conduct product testing according to internal and customer specifications.
• Record production data, lot numbers, and quality checks at required intervals for traceability.
• Adjust equipment settings to maintain target production and quality standards.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation requirements, including daily and scheduled cleaning per the cleaning matrix.
• Complete line changeovers and prepare for the next production run efficiently.

• Reliable and detail‑oriented team player with strong communication skills.
• Ability to read and write in English (Spanish proficiency a plus).
• Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
• Prior experience in food manufacturing required; QA or food safety experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and apply technical concepts (SQF, HACCP, Food Safety).
• Willing to assist in other departments as needed.
