As a Production Cleaner, you'll play a vital role in maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient food production environment. You'll clean and inspect production equipment, follow food safety standards, and make sure everything is ready for the next shift.

• Clean conveyors, feeders, shaker tables, and seasoners following the cleaning matrix.
• Perform forklift inspections at the start of shift.
• Verify equipment cleanliness through swab testing and QA inspections.
• Record cleaning data and logs accurately.
• Help maintain equipment by performing basic inspections and reporting repair needs.
• Maintain the compactor and recycling area.
• Weigh and record waste at the end of shift.
• Follow GMPs, food safety, and personnel safety rules.
• Report any unsafe or food safety issues immediately.
• Support additional sanitation or production tasks as assigned.

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to food safety.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication, percentages).
• Comfortable working in warm environments.
• Experience in sanitation or food manufacturing is helpful but not required – we'll train the right person.
