Job Title: CNC Vertical Mill Operator (1st Shift)

Schedule:

Monday – Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. OT available.

• Set up mill machine according to work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, and orthographic drawings; install and adjust magnetic chucks, tools, and attachments.
• Verify settings such as measuring positions, first run part, and sample parts.
• Inspect parts for accurate dimensions per work instructions and maintain operation specifications.
• Maintain the equipment per preventive maintenance requirements.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following and complying with safety procedures and regulations.
• Lift materials up to 50 lbs.
• Document and communicate plans among work shifts to maintain continuity in the workplace.
• Participate in educational opportunities to enhance job knowledge.

: 2nd shift premium pay.
