The Role

Join our team at Boston Inc and take the first step toward a rewarding career as a full‑time Furniture Sales Professional. We are seeking motivated individuals who are passionate about learning and growing within our company. As a Sales Professional, you will receive comprehensive training to help you succeed and achieve your goals.

What You Will Be Doing Each Day
  • Warmly greet customers and engage in conversation about their wants and needs.
  • Help customers create an amazing room for their family and friends.
  • Answer any questions customers have about financing and payment plans.
  • Close the sale and ensure the customer is happy with their purchase.
  • Invite customers to return and keep in touch.
  • Always act honestly and demonstrate integrity in the sales process.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure they love their purchase.

  • Previous successful experience in sales or customer service related positions preferred but not required.
  • Passion for doing a great job and making a great living.
  • Desire to have control over earning ability.

  • Outgoing personality and ability to have fun.

  • Commitment to helping customers with utmost integrity.
  • Computer skills.
  • High school diploma or GED.
