This role serves as the backbone of Boelter’s partnership with Anheuser‑Busch, supporting a complex system of AB brands, distributors, wholesalers, and regional teams. You’ll help drive sales execution, strengthen customer relationships, and keep programs running smoothly across dozens of account touchpoints.

Core Responsibilities
  • Assist National Account Director on national and regional programming
  • Support all ABI sales efforts including but not limited to product selection, pricing, vendor management and on‑time delivery to customers
  • Develop and own relationship with regional AB offices – minimum of one visit per year
  • Developing and own relationship with top 25 AB distributors
  • Support inventory management with focus on minimizing excessive and obsolete inventory
  • Align Boelter solutions to AB’s brand strategy
  • Create and present solutions to AB effectively
Marketing
  • Evaluate universe of ABI customers and segment based on multi‑year buying trends
  • Strategically elevate marketing to stay in front of under‑performing customers
  • Create marketing collateral, promotional opportunities and related tools that support sales efforts
  • Track account trends to drive business decisions
  • Present marketing and sales solutions effectively
  • Utilize AI to support and drive business insights
  • Research all appropriate news sources for market intel
Program Management
  • Effectively manage all aspects of buying windows
  • Understand and manage contract terms (products, inventory, royalties, contract guardrails) while identifying opportunities within our contract
  • Utilize data and analytics to drive buying window decisions
  • Manage supplier relationships while working with PCM for pricing and terms
Skill Set
  • Strong business analytic skills (sales data, trend reporting, performance metrics)
  • Business development and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Adaptable and responsive to changing plans
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Highly organized, strong sense of urgency, accuracy
  • Professionalism when working with high‑profile accounts
  • Willingness to travel (10‑15%)
