As a Security Officer – Surveillance, you will be the person spotting threats before they escalate in environments such as a security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, etc.

• Competitive hourly wage of $17.50 / Hour (Daily Pay is available for Garda World employees!)

• Serving as the main point of contact for visitors, employees, and truck drivers
• Managing radios, phone lines, and access control systems
• Monitoring and accurately logging site activity
• Coordinating with site leadership, supervisors, and client contacts
• Handling data entry, documentation, and reporting
• Supporting emergency communication and escalation procedures
• Cross‑training for additional posts after completing Operations Center training

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable using computers and access control systems
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and follow established procedures
• Prior experience in reception, operations, dispatch, or call‑center work is preferred
