Overview
Springs Water Park in Pewaukee is looking for friendly adults or students age 16+ to lifeguard at our year-round, shallow-water indoor water park. We provide paid, FREE TRAINING. We are open Thur-Sun during the school year; daily during summer, spring break, and winter break.
Premium pay for day shift year-round availability: $16.80/hr.
Qualifications- At least age 16 or older.
- Friendly and outgoing; comfortable and confident in interacting with people.
- Able to work for 8 hours in a warm, humid environment.
- Able to provide extraordinary customer service to all guests by assisting all in a professional and caring manner.
- Continued employment is contingent on successful completion of Ellis & Associates Lifeguard Training class.
- Previous lifeguard training/experience is not necessary.
- Must be flexible regarding scheduling as it is based on business demands. We are busiest on weekends, school breaks and holidays.
- Qualified applicants must be able to complete a pre-employment drug test and background check. The Ingleside Hotel is a drug free workplace.
We are seeking lifeguards to ensure guest safety, monitor water areas, enforce rules, and provide excellent guest service in a year-round indoor water park setting. Roles include supporting guests, performing rescue procedures as needed, and maintaining a safe, clean environment across shifts.
Benefits and Compensation- Wage starts at $14/hr, increase to $15/hr when pass certification. With advancement can increase to $17.85/hr.
- PT or FT hours are available for Day and PM shifts.
- Friday day or evening shift availability preferred (9:30am-4:15pm, 4pm-10:15pm).
