We're hiring a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support the daily operations of our warehouse and shipping/receiving dock. In this hands‑on role, you'll handle incoming materials, outgoing finished goods, and keep our warehouse safe, organized, and compliant with food safety standards.

• Receive and inspect incoming goods, trailers, and documentation.
• Store and organize raw materials and supplies according to food safety standards.
• Load, ship, and verify all outgoing finished goods orders.
• Set up Fed Ex, UPS, and customer shipments.
• Maintain FIFO rotation on all finished goods.
• Verify identification of all individuals entering the shipping/receiving dock.
• Complete and maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory paperwork.
• Assist with month‑end inventory counts and regular cycle counts.
• Alert supervisors to unsafe conditions or food safety issues.
• Support other warehouse duties as assigned.

• Certified forklift operator.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in warm environments.
• Strong math and record‑keeping skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse roles preferred.
• Food manufacturing or SQF experience a plus.
