Job Description- In‑Person Position, Monday through Friday, daily
- 2–3 years minimum prior CCC1/Mitchell experience and auto collision estimating required
- 4–5 years prior customer service experience required
The Estimator’s primary responsibility is to provide an exceptional customer experience while creating accurate estimates and coordinating repair needs. The Estimator is the key point of contact for customers, insurance companies, and internal teams, ensuring timely communication, compliance with insurance and company processes, and delivery of high‑quality service that meets our KPIs.
Key Job Responsibilities- Document, update, and manage all customer interactions efficiently and accurately.
- Provide customers with accurate, timely information and guide them through the repair process.
- Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements, processes, metrics, and WOW Operating Way procedures.
- Communicate customer requests and needs to the appropriate team members.
- Greet customers with positive energy in person and on the phone.
- Participate in daily “production walks” with the management team as required.
- Support other team members when required and attend training, workshops, and health & safety meetings.
- Maintain store performance by maximizing role KPIs and upholding the company’s Core Values:
Honesty, Integrity & Respect.
- Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a DRP environment.
- Willingness to complete I‑CAR training.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong research and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with estimating tools such as CCC1/Mitchell.
- Commitment to continuous learning and compliance with training requirements.
- Valid driver’s license.

Estimated $90,000 – $140,000+ per year. Commissions are calculated based on location, revenue metrics, sales, and individual performance; subject to the terms of the plan.
