Vacancy:
Warehouse Coordinator // Logistics (Automotive Projects)

What You'll Do

• Coordinate machinery movement (forklifts, boom lifts, scissor lifts, telehandlers).
• Manage tooling carts: delivery, return, audits, and inventory.
• Track equipment status, fuel levels, and generator operation.
• Support shipments, purchasing, and material deliveries.
• Manage access for external drivers/technicians.
• Maintain basic facility and fleet records.
• Provide on-site logistics support for Project Managers.

Important:
This is a field role working directly with tools, machinery, inventory, and equipment-not a supply chain analyst role.

What You Bring

• Associate's degree in business, engineering, operations, or related.
  • Experience may replace degree.
• Experience in logistics, operations, warehousing, or mechanical/industrial environments.
• Basic tool and machinery knowledge.
• Familiarity with SAP, CRM, or MS Office.
• Understanding of industrial material purchasing.
• Valid driver's license.
• English & Spanish (intermediate).
• Ability to travel to different project locations.
