Immanuel Lutheran Day School (ILDS) is seeking a dedicated Closer Preschool Teacher to join our team! We are a Christian early childhood program committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and faith-filled environment where children grow emotionally, socially, spiritually, and academically.

  Closing shift, Monday–Friday
• Hours:
  
  Full Time – 9am to 6pm & Part Time – 1pm/2pm to 6pm
• Starting Pay: $16.00/hour plus DOE
• Status:
  Non-exempt, hourly
• Reports to:
  
  Director/Assistant Director
• Perfect for paraprofessionals in Pflugerville ISD looking for afternoon work hours!

• Provide direct supervision, care, and guidance to children in assigned classroom.
• Implement age-appropriate activities that support developmental growth.
• Ensure safe, positive, and nurturing interactions at all times.
• Follow ILDS and Texas Minimum Standards policies, including mandated reporting.
• Assist with end-of-day routines including classroom cleaning, parent communication, and securing the building.
• Maintain professional and courteous relationships with children, families, and staff.

• Must be at least 18 years old (per state licensing).
• Previous experience in a child care or preschool setting preferred.
• Ability to pass background checks as required by Texas DFPS.
