Your Role
Here's what you will be doing:
- Receive guidance from safety professionals to build a strong foundation in construction safety.
- Gain craft experience by understanding labor, materials, and processes essential to construction projects.
- Develop field leadership skills through communication and collaboration between field and office teams.
- Participate in project management and preconstruction activities both in the office and on job sites to enhance project delivery capabilities.
The company is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:
- Undergraduate student pursuing Construction Management (CM), Concrete Industry Management (CIM), or similar majors.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the Kent Companies office and job sites.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
- Weekly pay.
