The BIM Modeler III is responsible for providing modeling efforts for project delivery and standards. This role leads the production team, creating most of the drawings for a project, typically functioning as a Model Manager. The candidate will efficiently supervise modeling and documentation of projects.
What You'll Do:- Associate degree in Computerized Drafting or related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience with electrical symbols and drafting standards.
- Relevant education, training, and experience.
- Ability to translate verbal and written directions into design documents.
- Understanding of REI BIM workflows and processes.
- Skills in creating parametric families, shared parameters, schedules, and complex geometry.
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Design Review, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to read and interpret 2D plans and work in 3D space.
- Experience with Revit work sharing and 3D coordination.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Travel up to 20%.
Primarily indoor work with varying environmental conditions, occasional lifting up to 30 lbs., and typical office noise levels. Accommodations are available as per ADA and applicable laws.
