Provides VDC support on projects, including troubleshooting, analysis, and optimization of technology configurations; manages VDC project administration activities, ensuring compliance with standards and timelines.

• Assist with general VDC technical support on projects, troubleshooting, analyzing, and optimizing existing technology configurations.
• Assist with general VDC project administration activities at the direction of VDC Project Leads; perform project tasks as assigned.
• Assist with model and sheet setup according to company standards; coordinate model setup and create new Autodesk Construction Cloud jobs.
• Assist with model updates and maintenance for engineering and constructability; help with uploads, downloads, and background updates.
• Assist with submission‑related activities, such as checksets, Title block setup and edits, and updates.
• Assist with creating project‑specific content.
• Assist with documenting existing technologies and project workflows.

• High School or GED required.
• Associate’s degree in construction, engineering, or technical discipline preferred.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills with customer service support.
• Knowledge of construction practices with emphasis on mechanical systems preferred.
• Ability to assist with submission‑related tasks, ensuring accuracy and quality in checksets, Title block setups, edits, and updates.
• Basic documenting skills for supporting documentation of existing technologies and project workflows.
• Developing knowledge of BIM, VDC, and fabrication ERP software, including Autodesk Products, Dynamo, Newforma Konekt, Revizto, and GTP Stratus, as well as industry standards (NBIMS, NCS).
• Developing skills in BIM Content Creation (RFA and/or ITM) and knowledge of Mechanical (PL, MP, MH) disciplines/trades.
• Developing knowledge of fabrication and field processes.
