SUMMARY:

In the Customer Service Department, your role will be providing high level service to our customers in a professional, efficient, and timely manner to ensure overall satisfaction. This position will include data entry, phone/email communications and scheduling daily in a fast-paced work environment.

• Data entry surrounding service requests for our customers
• Respond to various communications in a professional and courteous manner
• Scheduling and rescheduling appointments as needed
• Assist customers with order resolutions
• Work harmoniously with others to ensure daily expectations are achieved
• Proofread data and ensure accuracy

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE TO HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

• 2-5 years of customer service experience preferred
• High School Diploma/GED required
• Ability to type at least 40 WPM preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt and work well with others in a team setting
• Experience in the building/flooring/construction industry a PLUS, but not required.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are a MUST

Pay Rate:

$20.00/hour
