• Apply the principles of one-on-one ABA therapy to help children with Autism reach their full potential by reading treatment plans and executing them according to the written description.
• Collect data, write insurance notes, and implement feedback from supervisors during observation sessions.
• Support the development of children (18 months to 8 years) through engaging, fun therapeutic activities.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize treatment, safety, and a positive work environment.
• Engage children through play, movement, and imitation, keeping up the energy and fostering a joyful atmosphere.
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders (peers, families, supervisors) to coordinate activities, celebrate successes, and advocate for personal needs.

• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs, bend, squat, move quickly, and run to stay engaged with young children.
• Maintain a tidy, organized play space conducive to therapy.
• Multitask and prioritize safety while balancing multiple actions or conversations.
• Support teams across centers, including travel to nearby centers if assigned.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Minimum 18 years of age and a High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Complete the RBT certification within 20 days of employment (40‑hour training, hands‑on competency assessment, exam registration, and passing the board’s exam).

• Associates/High School: $16.00 – $24.00 per hour.
• Bachelor’s: $20.00 – $25.50 per hour.
• Master’s: $22.00 – $27.00 per hour.
• Entry‑level candidates receive first raise upon certification as RBT, typically within 21 days.

• Childcare (nanny, babysitter, preschool teacher, tutor, etc.)
• Mental health professionals and advocates (QMHP, behavioral health technicians)
• Camp counselors, volunteers, or Sunday school teachers
• Degrees in teaching, special education, sociology, psychology, or related fields (any degree preferred)
