Community Partnerships Lead (Autism Care / ABA Therapy)
Join to apply for the Community Partnerships Lead (Autism Care / ABA Therapy) role at Bright Pathways ABA | Human-First Autism Care
.
For too long, autism care has been built around systems instead of people. Growth targets, waitlists, and billing volume have taken priority over the lived experience of families and clinicians. The result is a field where burnout is common, trust is fragile, and outcomes suffer. Bright Pathways ABA was created to challenge that reality. We are building a fundamentally different model of autism care — one that puts humanity, dignity, and long‑term sustainability at the center.
We believe that when clinicians are respected and empowered, when families are treated as partners rather than transactions, and when growth is driven by trust instead of pressure, better outcomes follow naturally. Our goal is to change what people expect from autism care. As this vision takes shape, we’re looking for a Community Partnerships Lead to help bring it into the real world.
The Role
As Community Partnerships Lead, you are one of the primary ambassadors of Bright Pathways in the community. You help introduce, explain, and stand behind a different way of thinking about autism care — one rooted in values, execution, and long‑term impact. You will spend your time building meaningful relationships with pediatricians, schools, clinicians, and community leaders who are deeply invested in the well‑being of the families they serve.
These professionals have seen the system fail too many times and are looking for something better. Your role is to help them see that alternative — and to build belief, momentum, and alignment around it. This position carries visibility, trust, and responsibility. The way you show up, communicate, and follow through directly shapes how Bright Pathways is perceived and how the movement grows.
You’ll Do
- Develop long‑term relationships with pediatricians, schools, therapy providers, and community organizations
- Engage decision‑makers in meaningful conversations about autism care, access, and outcomes
- Build trust over time through consistency, professionalism, and follow‑through
- Help referral partners understand and align with Bright Pathways’ human‑first model
- Track outreach activity and referral outcomes to ensure momentum and accountability
- Work closely with company leadership to refine strategy based on what you see and hear in the field
This role comes with real ownership. You are accountable for building strong, sustainable partnerships and for the families who ultimately begin services through those relationships. Success requires judgment, adaptability, and a willingness to take responsibility for outcomes. This is a role for someone who is energized by ownership and motivated by impact.
Requirements- Demonstrated experience in community outreach, partnerships, provider relations, or referral‑driven roles within healthcare
- Proven ability to reach and engage decision‑makers such as pediatricians, clinicians, school leaders, practice managers, or therapy directors
- Strong familiarity with autism services, ABA therapy, or a closely related field (highly preferred)
- Confidence discussing complex, sensitive topics with professionalism and nuance
- Comfort operating independently in a field‑based role while remaining accountable for results
Top performers can earn $120,000+/year, through Base salary and Performance‑based compensation tied to families who successfully begin services
. Your compensation grows as your relationships deepen and your community impact expands. Base pay range: $/yr – $/yr.
Autism care is at a turning point. Families are exhausted by broken systems. Clinicians are burned out by models that treat them as replaceable. Communities are ready for something better — but real change only happens when people are willing to carry a new model into the world and make it real. That is what Bright Pathways is building. We are intentionally creating a different standard for autism care — one that prioritizes humanity, dignity,…
