Typhoon Texas Austin Waterpark is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily park operations, supervise staff, and manage vendor partnerships under the Director of Operations.
You will train and coach team members, enforce safety standards, ensure opening/closing procedures, and coordinate guest experience initiatives to meet KPIs.
This role requires strong leadership, ability to work a varied schedule, and commitment to park safety and guest satisfaction.
