Responsibilities- Leads an interdepartmental team to complete an assigned project on time, to specifications, accurate and efficient.
- Outlines tasks and delegates accordingly.
- Conducts cost analysis and estimates expected costs.
- Prepares and implements a budget based on estimates.
- Conducts risk assessments, reports identified risks, recommends mitigation, may terminate project if necessary.
- Addresses questions, concerns, and complaints throughout the project.
- Acts as liaison between company, customers, and vendors.
- Communicates and collaborates with sales and marketing teams to provide training and information required to promote and sell new projects, programs, and systems.
- Ensures compliance with regulations, standards, specifications, best practices.
- Performs other duties assigned by management.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field (Computer Science, Business, Engineering) required.
- At least three years of related experience required.
- PMP, PgMP, CAPM, or comparable project management certifications highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate.
- Thorough understanding of, or ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developed.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Adheres to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
