Responsibilities
  • Leads an interdepartmental team to complete an assigned project on time, to specifications, accurate and efficient.
  • Outlines tasks and delegates accordingly.
  • Conducts cost analysis and estimates expected costs.
  • Prepares and implements a budget based on estimates.
  • Conducts risk assessments, reports identified risks, recommends mitigation, may terminate project if necessary.
  • Addresses questions, concerns, and complaints throughout the project.
  • Acts as liaison between company, customers, and vendors.
  • Communicates and collaborates with sales and marketing teams to provide training and information required to promote and sell new projects, programs, and systems.
  • Ensures compliance with regulations, standards, specifications, best practices.
  • Performs other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (Computer Science, Business, Engineering) required.
  • At least three years of related experience required.
  • PMP, PgMP, CAPM, or comparable project management certifications highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate.
  • Thorough understanding of, or ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developed.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Other Duties
  • Adheres to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
