• Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing onsite team (leasing & service)
• Own the financial performance of the community: budgets, P&L, variance explanations, and expense control
• Drive occupancy, retention, and NOI through strategic leasing and marketing efforts
• Deliver an exceptional resident experience—every interaction, every day
• Ensure full compliance with Fair Housing, safety, and company policies
• Partner closely with ownership, vendors, and regional leadership
• Set the tone for culture, accountability, and pride in ownership

• 2+ years of Community Manager experience
• Strong financial acumen with proven experience managing budgets and P&Ls
• A confident leader who coaches, motivates, and holds teams accountable
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable with property management systems
