VCA Hometown Animal Hospital in Pflugerville, TX is seeking a Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our 6 doctor GP practice. Our hospital has been part of the Pflugerville community for over 15 years. We offer starting hourly wages up to $20.00+ per hour and are looking for an experienced veterinary technician to join our team of dedicated, supportive and passionate individuals.

You have worked hard for your credentials (CVT, RVT, LVT) and we want you to use the knowledge that you have invested your time and talent in. The skills that you will be utilizing include, but are not limited to:

Responsibilities
  • Support technician and doctor teams in daily hospital operations
  • Assist with examinations, anesthesia, surgery preparation, dentistry, radiology, and nursing care
  • Provide compassionate client communication and education
Qualifications
  • Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT, RVT, LVT) or equivalent
  • Experience in a veterinary practice preferred
  • Ability to work full-time in a fast-paced environment
