Team Captains serve as team leaders, guiding Team Members when the General Manager is absent. They help guests meet fitness and nutrition goals and ensure smooth, efficient store operations.

• Leadership and Supervision
  :
  Serve as team leader, set pace and standards, lead shift huddles, define roles, coach Crew Members, hold accountability.
• Operational Management
  :
  Optimize labor use, adjust schedules, maintain food safety, enforce operational standards, assist POS transactions.
• Guest Service Excellence
  :
  Ensure excellent service, handle complaints, promote "Serve to Inspire" culture.
• Communication & Problem‑Solving
  :
  Relay important information, remain composed under pressure.
• Delegation & Team Management
  :
  Assign tasks, encourage goal achievement, lead professionally.
• Ethics & Integrity
  :
  Handle cash and inventory responsibly, maintain confidentiality.
• Self‑Development
  :
  Take on new tasks, seek feedback for improvement.

• Minimum 6 months guest service experience in restaurant or retail.
• Proven ability to lead a team in fast‑paced environment.
• Prior leadership experience at work or school preferred.

• Perform all functions required of a Crew Member.
• Lead by example and direction.
• Manage shift operations, staffing, and scheduling.
• Strong problem‑solving, remain composed under pressure.
