Base pay range

$85,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
  • Complete training with manufacturers on product lines within first 30 days.
  • Learn and understand client physical conditions and limitations.
  • Observe store management and operations with a senior Store Manager/GM.
  • Understand financial side, sales process and product benefits.
  • Manage store workflow, employee performance and employee relations.
  • Conduct monthly financial performance review and report variances.
  • Use three separate software systems effectively.
  • Ensure consistent follow‑up with leads and generate at least 35% repeat business by day 90.
  • Educate customers on vehicles and mobility products through demonstrations.
  • Update accounts receivable and aged inventory weekly.
  • Meet budget numbers and manage day‑to‑day store functions efficiently.
  • Fully understand store operations, product lines, profit targets and gross profit margins.
  • Develop and achieve store profit targets and monitor gross profit.
  • Teach team about disabilities and progression of conditions.
  • Create accurate annual performance evaluations and SMART goals.
  • Consistently sell 2‑3 vans per month for small stores or 4‑5 vans per month for large stores by 12 months.
  • Store sells all vans and meets revenue goals.
  • Very few to no employee issues by 12 months.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of proven sales experience required.
  • 3+ years in sales management of a store team of 5+ required, retail management preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of full‑size and minivan drop‑floor vehicles, van rentals, transfer seats, tie‑downs, hand controls, foot‑pedal extensions, lifts, extended warranties and GAP insurance.
  • Proficient in computer skills and office programs (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, databases).
  • Valid driver’s license and clean DMV record required.
  • Knowledge of disability needs highly preferred.
  • Background in automotive, power sports or equipment dealership a plus.
