  • Maintaining builder relationships.
  • Address issues and provide solutions for customer concerns.
  • Oversee customer account management - Includes developing new business along with negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profits.
  • Maintain all aspects of customer PO's.
  • Participate in local builder events to maintain and cultivate customer relationships.
  • Walk houses to ensure the customer is being provided a quality product.
  • Attend customer meetings.
  • Be aware of competition within your customers subdivisions.
  • Make sure all paperwork contains all the necessary information to ensure the POs are delivered on time and complete.
  • Locate and provide information on potential new builders.
QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, AND

EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales management within the flooring, construction, or building materials industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Knowledge of flooring materials, installation processes, and industry standards preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
