Sales Assistant - Flooring Services SW

The Sales Assistant will operate as the administrative point of contact on assigned business accounts. The focus of this vital role is to manage the relationship with the client and the internal systems necessary to do so and is responsible for addressing client issues and responding to questions.

• Collaborate cross-functionally - Work closely with the sales and operational teams to achieve quotas while keeping clients satisfied and engaged with products and services.
• Ensure delivery to customers – Manage all facets of the account and facilitate the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Reconcile purchase orders and enter new orders into our operating system.
• Work with sales team to estimate projects and provide price requests to the customers.

• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Familiarity with CRM software preferred
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
