Provides field sales assistance for high-volume Account Executives and their General Managers, through inside sales prospecting, outside sales cold calling, and overall administrative and customer service support.

• Provide cold calling and administrative support for the Market Account Executive and General Manager, documenting all sales activity and tasks in proprietary internal systems.
• Support the sales prospecting process through research, analysis, and prioritization of potential customers.
• Partner on customer service related to advertisement and ancillary product deadlines, proof of run deliveries, check pick‑ups, and additional client‑related tasks.
• Represent Community Impact in the field, at events, and on social media.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Computer‑savvy and able to learn and incorporate new software.
• Strong communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple competing priorities.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• One or more years of sales, fundraising, or marketing experience.
• Interest in growing into an Account Executive at Community Impact.
