General Laborer/Technician Apprentice

Dry Force is hiring a General Laborer/Technician Apprentice for a full‑time position in Austin, Texas. No experience required – we will train the right candidate. The role involves removing, replacing, and repairing water‑damaged materials and providing excellent customer service to clients after traumatic events.

$18.00/hr – $20.00/hr

• Handle any issues caused by water damage and remove and replace damaged materials
• Set up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers to restore damaged property
• Work closely with the management team to ensure customers are well taken care of
• Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with teammates and customers
• Follow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and a professional image
• Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites while following all state traffic laws and company policies
• Document drying progress using a phone or tablet

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a drug screen
• Clear criminal background
• Must be able to work overtime as needed and some holidays
