Dominium is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for a 256-unit community in Pflugerville, TX. You will oversee maintenance operations to ensure a quality living environment and supervise maintenance staff, with on-call responsibilities as needed.
Qualified candidates have 2–3 years in maintenance, strong skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and basic appliance repair. HVAC and EPA experience are preferred, and a CPO certification is a plus.
