This role is perfect for someone who:
- Already plays pickleball and wants to stay immersed in the game.
- Gets energized by meeting new people and creating fun, memorable experiences.
- Is in it for the long haul—we are looking for someone who wants to grow with us!
You’ll be the face of Pickleland—greeting members, keeping things running smoothly, and making the place feel like home for everyone from first-timers to die-hard daily players.
What You’ll Do- Welcome players and guests with energy, warmth, and enthusiasm.
- Help players feel like part of the Pickleland family—whether it’s their first time or their 50th.
- Jump in to play if open play needs one more
- Coach intro classes [if desired]
- Manage the front desk: court bookings, memberships, events, and merchandise sales.
- Handle phone and in-person questions with clarity and care.
- Keep the facility tidy, organized, and operating at a high standard.
- Help run events, social mixers, and level-based play sessions.
- [Required] You play and love pickleball—this isn’t just a job; it’s your community.
- [Required] You want to keep leveling up in the game and stay involved in the sport.
- Outgoing, friendly, and high-energy. You light up a room (or a court).
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Good with computers and multitasking.
- Can communicate with both brand-new and seasoned players.
- You’re the kind of person who remembers names, gives high-fives, and makes others feel seen.
- Experience with court booking software (e.g., PlaybyPoint, Court Reserve).
- CPR or TABC certification.
- Retail or hospitality experience.
- Free Pickleland Membership – play before or after your shift!
