Summary :
We are a trim and door / turnkey stair vendor headquartered in the Austin market. Our Pflugerville warehouse is the hub of our field operation. Our safety rail / millwork team members operate out of this location. The field technicians service all our jobs with door and millwork delivery + safety rail and perform basic frame walks as needed. This is a full-time hourly job with benefits working for a fast-growing company.
- Perform all duties in a professional manner in accordance with Premier Stair and Door’s Mission and Values
- Pick up and install safety rail at home construction sites.
- Keep record of safety rail pick‑ups and installs
- Measure and collect essential data of stair frames
- Deliver house packs as organized by dispatch
- Collect pictures of delivered trim and door pack before leaving house
- Accurately input data in company job manager (both safety rail and millwork)
- Maintain clean and organized company truck
- Effectively communicate and follow the direction of the Warehouse Manager and Field Managers
- Occasional supplemental work in the warehouse during downtime
- Route jobs by furthest to closest to the shop
- Must be able to lift 60 lbs.
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must have a 5+ year driving record
- Must have SS card & Texas driver’s license
- Every employee is expected to attend work regularly and report to work on time:
- Work hours are from 6:30am until job is done
- Employees must keep an accurate record of all their hours worked in ADP
- Professional appearance is required for all employees
- Field attire including jeans, company shirts, and close steel‑toed boots.
- All OSHA required safety procedures must be followed while at any jobsite at any time:
- Including wearing hard hats and/or safety goggles if necessary
- Internet usage must be kept to business related searches. All FS IT security procedures must be followed.
- Company issued phones, computers, tools, etc. are your responsibility and need to be handled with care, stored in their cases and properly maintained. All equipment is to be kept up to manufacturer specifications.
