Job Summary:
We are seeking a Collision Technician to join our team in Pharr. The Collision Technician will be responsible for repairing damaged vehicles with efficiency and precision. The ideal candidate will have experience in collision repair, frame straightening, and vehicle painting.
Responsibilities:
1. Inspect vehicle damage and determine repair needs.
2. Perform collision repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
3. Conduct frame straightening and structural repairs.
4. Prepare and paint vehicles to match factory quality standards.
5. Ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards.
6. Keep work area clean and organized.
7. Comply with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Proven experience as a Collision Technician.
3. Knowledge of collision repair techniques and tools.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Strong attention to detail.
6. Certification in collision repair is a plus.
7. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
