Oil Change Team Member

Are you a people person? Self‑motivated? Do you love working with cars? If so, we offer an opportunity to showcase your skills and join our growing team of full‑time crew members and lube techs. No experience required – we will train you to become a lube technician who can change oil, replace wiper blades and air filters, inflate tires, and perform other light maintenance services.

Base pay starts at $15/hr with commissions and weekly bonuses. Over 90% of our Shop Managers started as lube techs, and we provide paid training to help you advance.

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure
• Inspect and top off fluids
• Perform coolant exchanges
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor
• Maintain cleanliness of work environment
• Provide excellent customer service

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3‑foot deep pit under cars
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning for extended periods
• Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
