We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. • Overseeing the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
• Developing and maintaining cost accounting systems and procedures, ensuring accurate allocation of costs to products and services.
• Conducting financial forecasting and risk analysis, and preparing detailed budgets and financial projections.
• Coordinating with internal and external auditors, ensuring all processes and reporting are in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Analyzing financial data and creating comprehensive reports for management, providing insights to support strategic decision‑making.
• Participating in the formulation of financial policies and procedures, and ensuring their effective implementation.
• Assisting with the management of the company's tax planning and compliance.
• Collaborating with other departments to streamline financial operations and improve financial performance.
• Providing training and guidance to junior accounting staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or CPA certification would be a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• Profound knowledge of financial and cost accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent skills in financial forecasting and budgeting.
• Strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify financial trends and anomalies.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and other related IT systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of developing and motivating teams.
• High level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
