Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Location:

Pharr, TX TMD Staffing is seeking a professional and organized HR Assistant to support daily Human Resources operations. This role is responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment efforts, and serving as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns.

• Provide administrative support to the HR department
• Maintain and update employee records and personnel files
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding activities
• Coordinate new hire paperwork and documentation
• Respond to routine employee inquiries
• Schedule interviews and meetings
• Prepare reports, forms, and HR-related documents
• Support day-to-day HR operations and special projects

• Previous HR experience is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite:
  
  Excel Word Outlook
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
• Detail-oriented and dependable

• Must pass pre-employment qualifications, including a Background Check
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude
