As a Broadband Network Specialist you will:

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues on our private and public FTTH fiber optic, wired, and wireless networks.
• Perform routine maintenance, cutting, splicing, cutting and terminating fiber optic cables, and performing programming and diagnostics tasks.
• Conduct repairs and execute programming and diagnostics tasks to ensure network reliability.
• Provide technical support to end‑users, guiding them on network systems and the installation, testing, and troubleshooting of network and fiber optic systems.
• Install and configure video surveillance equipment and train users on optimal software and hardware setups.

• Knowledge of fiber to the home/premise networks.
• Knowledge of local and wide area network management and monitoring.
• Knowledge of wireless networks and their diagnostic tools.
• Experience with broadband ISP network diagnostics.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks/projects effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for documentation and reporting.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation, friendly demeanor, and professional appearance.
• Skill in operating job‑related networking and diagnostic equipment.
