TMD Staffing is hiring an experienced Repair Technician for a growing electronics manufacturing company in the Rio Grande Valley.
Pay: $18.00+/hr – Based on Experience
Location:
Rio Grande Valley, TX
Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 1st Shift
Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities- Perform soldering and de-soldering of SMT and through-hole components.
- Repair and rework PCBA/electronic assemblies.
- Read BOMs, MPNs, assembly drawings, and controlled documentation.
- Follow IPC standards and quality requirements.
- Troubleshoot electronic assembly issues and meet production benchmarks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- High school diploma/GED.
- 1+ year PCBA/electronics manufacturing experience required.
- Strong soldering and rework skills.
- IPC knowledge required.
- English required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must pass drug screen and background check.
- Must meet FTZ security requirements.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. — U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required.
