RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Cemetery Maintenance Worker to join our team in Pharr, TX with $11/hr pay for a 3 months contract (temp only) . This role is essential to ensuring that burial services are respectfully prepared and that the cemetery grounds are maintained with the highest standards of care. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to perform physical tasks outdoors in all weather conditions.

Schedule: Monday to Friday(8:00AM – 5:00PM) and Saturdays (9:00AM – 2:00PM)

• Set up and prepare sites for burial services.
• Prepping ground for services in a safe and respectful manner.
• Perform general maintenance and landscaping across cemetery grounds.
• Operate tools and equipment necessary for groundskeeping and burial preparation.
• Assist with other tasks and duties as needed to support daily cemetery operations.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful environment for families and visitors.

• Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, or maintenance experience preferred (training available).
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physical ability to lift, dig, and operate equipment as required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to respectful service.
• Dependable and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license may be required (depending on location).
