- Prepare Chicken marination following El Pollo Loco procedures.
- Receive Stock and store in the proper spaces and or refrigerator or freezer if necessary.
- Clean various areas inside and outside the Restaurants as needed.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures at all times.
Mantenimiento y Preparación de Alimentos
- Prepare el marinado de pollo siguiendo los procedimientos de El Pollo Loco.
- Reciba existencias y almacene en los espacios adecuados y o refrigerador o congelador si es necesario.
- Limpie varias areas dentro y fuera de los restaurantes segun sea necesario.
- Siga todas las politicas y procedimientos de seguridad de la compania en todo momento.
