ABOUT THE ROLE
Domino’s Pizza is hiring assistant managers to lead store teams, ensure quality pizza, and deliver exceptional customer service. The role requires judgment, math, and multitasking skills.

• Oversee all store operations during shifts, including cost controls, inventory, cash, and customer relations.
• Set a professional example; enforce all Domino’s policies and procedures 100% of the time.
• Manage staffing, paperwork, scheduling, and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain store cleanliness, marketing, profitability, and a perfect image.
• Provide great customer service, ensure attendance and punctuality, and support team training.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Basic math proficiency and ability to handle monetary change.
• Experience with inventory control, cash handling, and cost controls.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (delivery duties).
• Eligibility to travel about 10–15 miles for deliveries.

• Store and delivery environments—varying temperatures, outdoor weather, and exposure to food dust.
• Standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, and climbing—regularly moving up to 50 lb loads.
• Reaching, stooping, bending, and crouching to stock ingredients and assemble pizza orders.
• Driving 10–15 miles for deliveries and delivering flyers or coupons.
