About the Role

As a Remodel Sales Rep, you’ll meet with homeowners, assess project needs, and guide them through the remodeling process from concept to contract. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, building trust, and closing high-value home improvement projects.

This is a high-trust sales role with uncapped earning potential, ideal for someone who is self-motivated and experienced in in-home sales or construction consultations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with potential remodeling clients

• Build scope of work and project estimates based on homeowner needs

• Present clear, professional proposals and close contracts

• Maintain strong communication throughout the pre-construction process

• Generate your own leads through referrals, networking, and local outreach

• Represent Frontline with professionalism, reliability, and honesty

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in residential remodeling or design-build sales

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong attention to detail, especially in scope-building and proposal creation

• Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline

• Familiarity with remodeling processes, materials, and timelines

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation

This role is commission-based, with average earnings between $80,000–$200,000+ annually depending on performance. Top performers often exceed this range.
