Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an energetic Outside Sales Associate to develop a new book of business in a new territory. The role focuses on new client acquisition and retention through in‑person sales calls to small and medium‑sized businesses.

Base salary $65,000 – $90,000 per year. Additional compensation includes weekly draw pay, commissions, quarterly bonuses, and incentive trips.

• Use the customized Salesforce CRM to manage leads, track activity, and expand the client portfolio within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text and schedule meetings to understand insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls with sales manager and team, and maintain weekly activity schedule.
• Personally visit local businesses, nurture relationships, follow up referral leads, and re‑serve existing clients.
• Collaborate with sales team manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets and record daily work statistics.

• Pass a high‑level pre‑employment background check.
• Active driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or ability to obtain).
• Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 4 years post‑high‑school work experience (or equivalent sales or athletic background).
