Experienced Mobile Diesel Technician
We are searching for tenured & certified technicians to support our customers!
Our Mobile Diesel Technicians maintain the fleet for clients and handle service calls at client locations, providing expedited expertise directly to trucks & equipment on site.
Responsibilities- Maintain all aspects of equipment according to company standards.
- Perform basic maintenance: fuel topping, oil check, cleaning, inspection and documentation.
- Manage inventory control on the service truck and keep supplies stocked.
- Report to the Service Manager and receive daily duties.
- Be available for after‑hours service calls and an open work schedule.
- Maintain and inventory supplied tools.
- Diagnose vehicle malfunctions using diagnostic equipment, plan work, and perform corrective repairs.
- Remove and replace injectors, pistons, liners, cam shafts, cylinder heads, bearings, oil pans, clutches, fan hubs, differentials, fifth wheels, brakes, batteries, transmissions, and other parts.
- Document all diagnostic and repair work on the company computer system.
- Inspect protective guards, loose bolts, and safety devices; make adjustments.
- Lubricate moving parts and verify conformance to specifications.
- Perform preventative maintenance as requested.
- Submit required paperwork or enter data into the mobile service program accurately and timely.
- Respond to customer inquiries, foster positive relations, and advise on future repairs.
- Participate in training and apply knowledge to work.

- High school diploma or GED.
- 5 years’ experience as a Class 7 & 8 technician in a dealership or related truck service facility.
- Current CDL preferred but not required.
- Medical card as required by FMVS.
- Mechanical aptitude and technical ability essential.
- Peterbilt, International, Ford, Hino, Isuzu, Cummins, and ASE certifications preferred & rewarded.

Pay RateMinimum: USD $20.00/Hr.
• Maximum: USD $50.00/Hr.
