Urgent Care Physician (MD/DO) | Up to $25,000 Sign‑On Bonus

• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients presenting to urgent care
• Perform common procedures such as laceration repair, abscess drainage, splinting, and wound care
• Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests
• Prescribe appropriate medications and provide patient education
• Document encounters accurately in the EMR
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure efficient operations and patient satisfaction

• Rotating 3/4 schedule: 3 shifts one week and 4 the next (77 hours per pay period)
• Clinic hours vary by location
• No on‑call duties

• Hourly pay: $115–$140/hour (approx. $230K–$291K/year), depending on experience and clinic location
• Productivity, signing, and relocation bonuses for select clinics

• Licensed MD/DO in Alabama
• Active DEA, BLS, and ACLS certifications
• 1+ year of urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care experience preferred
• DOT certification a plus
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient service skills
