Job Description
Creatively Smart is conducting field interviews in the Phenix City, Alabama and Columbus, Georgia tri‑city area. The Field Marketing Manager will lead and manage a team of 5–7 Safelink representatives, overseeing multiple lead generation campaigns and ensuring high performance in the field.
Responsibilities include hiring and training new reps, managing day‑to‑day operations, driving campaign results, and expanding outreach to low‑income individuals through Safelink phone giveaways.
This is a Pay for Performance, commission‑based position with ample growth opportunities. Prior management experience is helpful but not required; training will be provided.
