We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a passion for wound care to join our mobile care team. You will be responsible for evaluation, management, and treatment of acute and chronic wounds in home settings. All training for specific state-of-the-art wound care products will be provided. You will utilize advanced care modalities, collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and other home care staff, and educate patients and families on wound prevention and home care.

The role requires maintaining compliance with all healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures. Candidates must have an active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license (Board-Certified FNP or equivalent), a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
