Hiring for the following position:
Full-time, New Grads - Dayshift Only. Full-time hourly rate $23.75 - $30.44. LPN/LVN Career Opportunity. This role is with Encompass Health, a national inpatient rehabilitation leader.

Base pay range: $22.00/hr - $22.00/hr this range is provided by Encompass Health. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

This role supports growth, development, and well-being through programs such as tuition reimbursement and personalized career path plans.

• Provide direct patient care, aligning with the individualized care plan and physician orders.
• Observe patient behaviors, monitor vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments.
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute patient care plans.
• Cultivate meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories and contribute to a positive, compassionate care environment.

• Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• One year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting is preferred.
• Rehabilitation experience is preferred.
