• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents under the supervision of an RN or physician.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and document accordingly.
• Monitor patient health and report any changes in condition.
• Support multidisciplinary care plans to meet resident needs.
• Provide compassionate interaction with residents and families to ensure comfort and understanding.
• Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations.

• Active Practical Nurse ( LPN ) or Licensed Vocational Nurse ( LVN ) certification in the state of Alabama.
• Experience in a charge nurse or leadership role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing high‑quality, patient‑centered care
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and handle challenges effectively
